Prior to becoming a counsellor I was a primary teacher.

I offer individual in-person counselling sessions (one-hour and three-hour options) at Muriwai Valley, one-hour zoom sessions, or 50-minute outdoor ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions at Muriwai Beach.
I also runs regular half-day contemplative retreats on specific aspects of Christian spirituality.
Outside my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three adult sons, as well as our two Cavoodles. I love to walk, write, read, garden and have quick dips down at nearby Muriwai Beach.
“I honestly wouldn’t be where I am now without your amazing counselling. A lot of what you’ve said has stuck with me, and I just hope I can support others the way you’ve supported me”
“I just wanted to let you know I’ve been doing really well, and so much of that is thanks to you and the support you gave me throughout our counselling sessions”
